Beth Pallett, the founder and owner of Engaging Events LLC, is an experienced, full-service North Carolina wedding consultant.  As a long-time resident of the Outer Banks, Beth uses her expertise to plan a wide variety of weddings and events.  With 12 years of event planning experience, she gracefully handles the unexpected, easily connects with couples, and manages the multitude of details that a seamless event entails.  She is able to guide couples through the entire wedding planning process from start to finish.

One aspect that makes Beth a rare find among North Carolina wedding planners is her unique combination of experience and education.  Beth earned a degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University.  Additionally, Beth received certification from the Association of Bridal Consultants.  Professionally, she is an active member and former Board Director of the Outer Banks Wedding Association and the Outer Banks Wedding Guild.

Recently Beth had the honor of organizing and coordinating the 2010 Dream Wedding presented by the Outer Banks Wedding Association. Due to its success the Association, once again, gave her the privilege of orchestrating the 2011 Dream Wedding. Both of which were hugely sucessful with two very happy couples.
